G.W. Graham 88 North Peace 53

In the first game of the Chilliwack Storm Invitational Tournament, the G.W. Graham Grizzlies defeated the North Peace Oscars by a 35-point margin.  The Oscars are in the midst of a road trip and although they did not show signs of fatigue, they were no match for the stifling defense of the Grizzlies.  The Grizzlies continue to frustrate opponents with their tough perimeter defense and up-tempo offense.  Chris Thomson was the Grizzlies' best player against North Peace and Graham had strong contributions from Micah Cockrill, Lucas Mannes, and Francisco Armengual.  The Grizzlies advance into the 8-team draw to play MEI at 3pm later today.
